What happens if I’ve already registered for the Women’s Summit?

What is covered with my ticket?
You will receive access to all sessions, all conference materials, the Women’s Summit gift bag, Wednesday’s Holiday brunch, our Christmas High Tea, the evening Mardi Gras Party at the Red Fish Grill, Thursday’s Breakfast, our Women’s Summit luncheon, and the Awards Banquet Reception. You will not go hungry or thirsty!
What is the hotel room rate and when can I book my room?
The room rate at the Ritz-Carlton is $249, and we can start booking rooms on December 21, 2021. If you have already booked a room for February, those rooms are being canceled ONLY if you used the room rate block code when you booked. If you booked through an OTA, you will have to cancel through that site.

What is the cancellation policy?
We are offering two (2) ticket options:
- A fully paid refundable ticket that is refundable until October 15, 2021, minus the $9.95 fee.
- A non-refundable installment-payment ticket that allows you to pay monthly. This ticket type is non-refundable, but it is transferable, meaning you can assign the ticket to a different name until Oct. 15, 2021. The payments are automated, and all installment payments must be paid no later than November 1, 2021. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be canceled, and amounts paid-to-date are non-refundable. If the monthly payment is declined, you have 15 days to make up the payment, or the ticket will be canceled, and monies paid up until that point are non-refundable.
What happens if the dates are forced to move again or you are unable to have the event?
If dates must be moved again, we will notify you immediately. Your ticket will automatically be moved to the new dates, and we will offer refunds upon request only for 30 days after a new date change is announced. If the event must be canceled completely, we will refund the net amount paid minus the $9.95 fee.
Will I have to wear a mask?
We will have to wait to see what the CDC recommendations are and what the Louisiana state regulations say. Our primary objective is keeping all of you safe, so we will comply with recommendations. We hope to have a vaccine by then, along with onsite testing capabilities and temperature checks.
When the event sells out, will you have a waiting list?
Yes. When tickets sell out, we will start collecting and tracking a waiting list based on time of request.
