What is covered with my ticket?

You will receive access to all sessions, all conference materials, the Women’s Summit gift bag, Wednesday’s brunch, our Holiday High Tea, the evening Cocktail Party at the Red Fish Grill, Thursday’s Breakfast, our Women’s Summit luncheon, and the Awards Banquet Reception. You will not go hungry or thirsty!


When the event sells out, will you have a waiting list?

Yes. When tickets sell out, we will start collecting and tracking a waiting list based on the time of the request.


What is the hotel room rate and when can I book my room?

The room rate at the Ritz-Carlton is $249, and we can start booking rooms on December 21, 2020. This rate in only available using the room codes on the Venue page on this site. These room rates are only available until November 8, or until our room block is sold out.


What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your registration until October 15, and you will receive a refund minus the $9.99 processing fee. All cancellation requests must be made via email to amy.hinote@vrmintel.com. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after October 15.

If the event is canceled by VRM Intel, registrants will be extended a full refund (100%) minus the $9.95 fee.


What is the dress code?

Business casual. All conference venues are known to run “cold” at times, so our strong recommendation is that you bring a sweater, cardigan, or light jacket to the sessions. We are also hosting a photo studio for professional head shots and team photos, so you may want to plan to dress for that on one of the days.


What happens if the conference has to be reschduled or you are unable to have the event?

If dates must be moved, we will notify you immediately. Your ticket will automatically be moved to the new dates, and we will offer refunds upon request only for 30 days after a new date change is announced. If the event must be canceled completely, we will refund the net amount paid minus the $9.95 fee.


What is the COVID-19/mask policy?

The hotels and restaurants in New Orleans are requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test 72 hours before the event, and they will be checking those at registration and at entry to the Red Fish Grill party. In addition, you will have to use masks and hand sanitizer as you move through food buffet lines or when using any of our beverage stations.
